Clinical Solutions is today announcing a global resale agreement with Ardentia Search for its search and analysis tool NetSearch.
The tool, which will be branded by Clinical Solutions as IntefleCS Data Intelligence, combines powerful search engine technologies with the insight of business intelligence, allowing health professionals to locate specific information from all databases across an entire healthcare economy.

Enhanced solution includes new Mental Health database
Ardentia Search, in conjunction with business partner Ardentia, is delighted to announce the go–live of the new Workforce Benchmarking Database search engine for the NHS National Workforce Projects (NWP) who are part of Skills for Health.
Using the next generation NetSearch technology, a new and stylish intuitive user interface has been developed which provides the NHS and general public with PCT, acute trust and mental health benchmarking workforce statistics.
The solution, which was demonstrated by the NWP team at the Working Time Directive 2009 Exhibition, allows organisations to benchmark themselves against other organisations on a whole host of criteria including quality, staffing, activity, crime, employment, finance, morbidity and many more. Once selected, results are then presented to the user in a clear, concise format with the ability to show the results using many different interactive charting options.

Ardentia Search has launched a combined Business Intelligence and Enterprise Search solution, NetSearch, to the broker market.
NetSearch will allow business users to gain insight from all information repositories within the brokerage, including databases, file directories, websites and e–mail accounts, without requiring technical expertise.
Included with the product will be functions, which allow the broker to monitor and analyse any number of key aspects, such as customer retention, sales analysis, claims management and compliance monitoring.
Greg Richards, Marketing Manager at Ardentia Search, said that NetSearch will provide a level of analysis and reporting not currently available to many brokers.
"NetSearch provides Brokers with a unique opportunity to obtain the benefits of Business Intelligence, without the requirement to develop technical skills or undergo an extensive and laborious deployment which is commonplace with traditional Business Intelligence products."
"In addition, the insurance market is consolidating at a tremendous pace, a by–product of which is the acquisition of large amounts of data. NetSearch enables the acquirer to leverage value from this inherited data with the minimum amount of effort and without having to complete data integration exercises," he added.
NetSearch will also feature functionality in relation to customer management, retention and attrition, which Richards believes is key to the broker market.
"Customer competition and attrition is increasing across the industry," said Mr Richards, "NetSearch provides the broker with the ability to target customers with the right message at the right time, and to also gain a greater understanding as to why customers have not renewed. It will enable sales personnel to accurately cross–sell and up–sell products to meet the needs of customers. Inaccurate campaigns are not only a waste of marketing and sales budget; it can also impact on customer relations as they will feel the broker does not know and understand them."
